“Misunderstood” Suspect Seen Wednesday in Moses Lake

The guy Kennewick police are looking for, the 'misunderstood' fellow we profiled earlier this week, has been seen in Moses Lake. Reports indicate he has ties to that area. We're calling 29-year-old Brian Massey 'misunderstood' because of the cursive tattoo of that word across his forehead.

The Columbia Basin Herald reports a witness saw someone matching his description walking in Moses Lake around 2:30pm Wednesday. Video surveillance from a nearby building confirms it was him.

The Herald says he has ties to Soap Lake, and is wanted by the Department of Corrections for escape from community custody-basically disappearing from his parole requirements. He's also sought on failing to show up in Franklin County on a hearing.
