Obama-Lib Journalists Meet for “Coffee” At White House

Obama meets with liberal, progressive journalists-hosts

The Coffee Klatch had nothing on these folks. A number of syndicated liberal/progressive talk show hosts and other reporters met with Obama Tuesday at the White House.

Among the topics discussed included, Obama’s campaign message for 2012, various campaign arguments against the GOP candidates, and about economic messaging-whatever THAT is.  Since the audience included controversial hosts Ed Schultz and Rachal Maddow, it had to be no different than an Obama staff briefing.  Before you wonder, we checked.  Nobody from the conservative media (Rush, Beck, Levin, Hannity, Medved, Ingraham or Savage) has been given an audience with Obama.  Bush did have a number of conservative hosts to the White House while in office, but not the 4th greatest president in history (by his own calculations).
