Obama- US is a “big, tough, messy Democracy”

So that's what he calls it.  Obama addressed a fund raising dinner in (where else?) Chicago Wednesday night.

Obama tried to covertly blame previous administrations, saying the challenges and issues they faced and inherited were incredible...he also claimed we are only halfway there.  He went on to call the US a big tough messy democracy.  watch the speech yourself courtesy of Real Clear Politics here.
