Palouse Falls Posts Harsh and Blunt Warning Signs

Palouse Falls is a great hiking destination but since 2016, four men have died from swimming or falling off the cliff surrounding the Falls.

Washington State Parks has responded to these issues with new fencing and new signs that are blunt and to the point.

Signs like "Warning - People Have Died Here" and "We Want You To Live - Stay Back".

There also new fencing and new signs that say no river access and swimming isn't allowed,

These new restrictions so far haven't hampered hikers and swimmers from ignoring signs according to officials.
