We know it wasn't intentional, but Pasco police say a little too fast on the road was the cause of this accident.

It appears this car got up close and personal with a fire hydrant near the corner of 4th and Jean streets. Pasco police snapped a photo, but had to wait until the city turned off the water to that area, and hydrants, so they could remove the car from the obstacle.

Otherwise, what was required would have sent a plume of soon to be frozen water everywhere. Police emphasize, regardless of how confident you are, to go slow in winter weather road conditions.

Even a little excess speed can result in your car sliding when you didn't expect it, and having a close encounter with a little yellow minion hydrant, or other obstacles.
