A man from Pasco is facing charges of pulling his ex-girlfriends hair and keeping her from leaving his truck while he was driving. Reports say that a Franklin County police officer witnessed Randy Rogers driving down the road with his truck door open and two people struggling inside. When the officer approached the vehicle he noticed it was a man and a woman and that Roberts was using both hands to keep the female in the car. The officer saw the man use her hair to hold her in the truck and then pulled them over on the next block.

Rogers has 23 past felonies and has been to jail multiple times. His trial is set for November 4th and he is held on $10,000 bail.
