Pasco Middle School Staff Member Accused of Inappropriate Conduct With Student

The 25-year-old woman was booked into the Franklin County Jail Friday, accused of having inappropriate contact with a minor for immoral purposes.

Megan N. Deleon works at McLoughlin Middle School as a staff member, her specific position was not revealed.

Officials say the Pasco School District has placed her on administrative leave while the Sheriff's department investigates. The district had informed the department about the allegations, at least one count is being looked at.

School district officials did not elaborate about how they learned of the allegations, or who brought them. She will be held until the investigation is complete, and at that time it will be determined if the charges will officially be filed.

The District went to the Sheriff's Department Tuesday of this week, Deleon was arrested Friday.
