Pendleton Woman Face Down on Pavemnt 12 Hours Before Helped

This story makes me sick to my stomach. A woman in Pendleton was found after lying face down on the pavement overnight for over 12 hours before someone called for help. Authorities are not sure if the woman was a victim of a crime but are looking for anyone that might have information in the case according to news reports. The woman, Lynda Kinney, was last seen not far from where she was found lying face down on pavement in the parking lot for Harris Jr. Academy located at 3121 S.W. Hailey Ave.
