Police Deal With “Squirming” Man, Wiggling And Agitated [VIDEO]

Kennewick police didn't elaborate on why he was behaving this way. But it was certainly strange.

Fourth of July evening was pretty busy for police around the region. Besides answering dozens of illegal fireworks calls in Kennewick and Franklin County, they also attended to a man who was intoxicated and fell through a window. He's ok though.

But perhaps them most bizarre was the man they found who was obviously either intoxicated, under the influence of some sort of substance, or was suffering from some other ailment. We don't know, they didn't say.

But it was captured on video.  Police were careful to tastefully not show his face, but the man's behavior reminded us of someone covered by fire ants. Police said he was not able to answer questions clearly, but they did get him medical attention.
