Post Falls Restaurant Offers Discount for Gun Owners!

If you own a gun, or carry one, you might want to visit the Dueling Irons restaurant in Post Falls, Idaho soon.

Taking the idea of senior, military, or student discounts to the max, the eatery now offers a discount for those who legally own a firearm!

According to Northwest Cable News:

"The Dueling Irons on Schneidmiller Avenue began offering a 15 percent discount to anyone who carries a gun. Owners said customers may carry openly, concealed or just show their concealed carry permit. The owner described the discount as way to reward responsible gun owners who follow the law."

Owner Thomas Didra says the public has been lied to about guns, laws, and their owners. He believes responsible defenders of the 2nd. Amendment should be rewarded and praised for their behavior. To get your discount, you don't even have to bring in your firearm.  Just show your weapons permit, and there's your discount.

While a handful of customers have said they're not comfortable with the idea, most are receptive, and his business-which serves breakfast and brunch 7 days a week-has boomed with gun enthusiasts coming from as far away as Ritzville and Montana to dine there.
