Just weeks after announcing Saturday mail delivery would cease in August,  the USPS has changed its mind.

The U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors announced that due to a spending plan passed by Congress, they will delay implementing the new policy.

According to the USPS, the spending plan continues the long-time prohibition against reducing delivery days.
