‘Price Switchers’ in Richland Also Believed to Have Stolen Vehicle

There have been multiple incidents involving this and possibly other suspects in Richland, say police.

This suspect, and possibly others, are believed to have done 'price switching' at several retail stores. Taking a much lower-priced tag or label off one item and putting in on another to save money. From the signage, it appears to be at the Richland Home Depot.

Police say the suspect left one of the stores in this vehicle pictured. A check of the plates revealed this Nissan Pathfinder was reported STOLEN from a Richland elder care facility!
