Richland Man Facing Child Rape Charges – May Include Multiple Incidents

Details are still being released, but a 24-year-old man is in the Benton County Jail.

Richland police arrested Alexander B. Callahan Tuesday.   He is being held on felony investigation concerning first-degree rape.

Police didn't specify how they learned of the allegations, but say Callahan may have had sexual contact with the victim on multiple occasions, and he reportedly knows the child.
