Richland Police Want to Speak To the Man Pictured

The man pictured in the Richland Police Facebook post below is wanted for questioning in an apparent shoplifting case. He allegedly went to Marshall's in Richland and did some shopping. He walked out of the store with merchandise, but he either forgot his wallet or didn't have any money in his wallet or maybe he's trying to save up for something more stylish like a Seahawks cap.
