Richland Power Outage Causes Car Wreck on Jadwin

Just before 8 a.m. this morning a truck and a BMW collided at the intersection of Jadwin and Torbett in Richland near the McDonald's. The traffic lights were out because of the power shortage that occurred just before 5 a.m. because of the massive wind storm on Dec. 17.
