“Rowdy” Russian Hockey Team Kicked Off Airplane
Just how rowdy can these kids be?
The Russian Jr National team was kicked off a commercial airliner early Thursday morning for "unruly behavior" following their come from behind win over Team Canada in the World Junior hockey tournament in Buffalo, NY. The team spent much of the previous night celebrating in a bar, then boarded a 6:10am flight to Atlanta where they would head home. the crew of flight 1266 on Delta Airlines said boarding was denied to 30 passengers (the team and other members of the group) due to unruly behavior. They were later re-routed on a different flight.
