Russell Wilson posted a perfect passer rating of 158.3 when targeting Lockett in 2018. (I don't know why it's such an odd, decimaled number.)

Wilson connected with Lockett 57 times on 71 throws (good for 80.2%) with 975 yards and 10 touchdowns for zero interceptions. Wilson and Lockett gained an average of just under 17 yards on each connection. This is by far the most targets a QB/WR duo with a perfect rating since 2002. It's not even close.
