Shoplifter Cruises Out of Store with Cart Full of Beer

Richland police are looking for this guy, who managed to fill his car with beer, then just stroll on out of Winco Foods.

It appears this may have happened a while ago, as some astute commenters on the RPD Facebook page pointed out the people in the image are not wearing cool weather clothes.
