Shoplifter Flees Police, Hides Under Cable Bridge, All Over Malt Liquor

Shortly before noon Kennewick police were called to the Metro Mart at 520 E. Columbia Drive about a shoplifting report. Maybe NOT that huge a crime, until you consider what lengths the suspect took to get away, and get his malt liquor.

After a search of the area, based upon where the suspect was last seen heading towards, police found 33-year-old Aaron Curn. He was UNDERNEATH the south approach to the Cable Bridge, and was busy guzzling his Hurricane Malt Liquor.

Or as the police said, "he was busy consuming the evidence."  No word if he was able to finish. He's now in custody, charged with shoplifting. Hope it was nice and cold! He could have just picked up  at Walmart, they sell it too.

The rest of his contraband is displayed on the hood of the patrol car.
