After fleeing the scene of a Richland burglary, two men are in the Benton County jail on felony counts stemming from an armed burglary and standoff early Sunday morning.

The two, Giovano Soto, and Edward Similano, both under 21, wore masks and apparently were carrying shotguns when they burglarized a Richland home. They then fled back to their home on Kuhn Street, where it was surrounded by police.

Officials didn't say how they found them or their house, but after the two refused to come out, the Regional SWAT team was called in. Eventually, the two gave up and came out, and were arrested.

Inside the home police found items stolen in the burglary.
