As often happens, a relatively simple property theft case yields a much bigger catch.

Benton County detectives working with the Benton County Gang Enforcement Unit were tracking a stolen DeWalt pressure washer that was being sold on social media. The authorities set up a 'meeting' with the suspect seller, and caught a lot more.

The person was a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, and officials also found a hidden compartment in their vehicle containing meth. It was found by K-9 Sawyer. The run was also found in their car.

Detectives recovered the pressure washer, will be returned to owner. The suspect is facing various charges.
