After responding to a Wednesday morning burglar alarm, Kennewick police later served a search warrant and have apprehended two suspects believed involved in multiple incidents.

Around 10:20am, police responded to a residence in the 3500 block of West 10th Court, but found no suspect. The door showed evidence of having been forced open, but authorities believe an alarm probably scared off the suspect.

Then police served a warrant at the 6800 block of West Kennewick Ave. Two suspects, 53-year-old Tracey Young and 27-year-old James Tucker were arrested, Young for meth possession, and Tucker in connection with the West 10th break-in.

Authorities are asking for any information from the public about recent break-ins, as Tucker is believed to be tied to a number of recent burglaries. Anyone with any information can call Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers at (509)-586-TIPS (8477).
