Friday's edition of "Meet in the Middle with Christine Brown" featured an interview with Rep. She also interviewed three craft beer experts on the growing popularity of it and hard cider in the Mid Columbia.

Today, May 7, we talked about the drought with Chuck Freeman with Kennewick Irrigation District and we also talked about the importance of reading to and with children. Nancy Kerr and Sara Schwan of the Mid Columbia Reading Foundation joined us for the second half of the show on "Meet in the Middle with Christine Brown."

On May 6 we interviewed the head of the Benton-Franklin Health Dept. and a representative of the Benton Co. Republican Party. The topics were fighting the spread of sexually-transmitted diseases and how to run for office.
