Remember the story this week from the Better Business Bureau about the IRS phone scammers "strong arming" people? One of our Newstalk friends was exposed to it.
Probably didn't make the news much lately, at least not the mainstream media, but critics are calling it a HUGE victory for conservative non-profit groups.
Conservative groups are accusing the EPA of charging them fees by way of the Freedom of Information Act when they were trying to obtain data from the department. Documents show the EPA waived the fees for liberal environmental groups far more than for conservative organizations.
The list of groups allegedly "investigated" unconstitutionally by the IRS keeps growing, and now includes potential involvement by a major Obama supporter.
