Seems like WA State gets a reputation of being a "Rainy" state. In reality though, that is just the West or "Wet" side of the mountains like King County, and Kitsap County.
Last Friday, Seattle Police received a 911 call from a man saying his 17-year old daughter told him someone with a wooden stick was trying to break into their home.
The funding for these apartments is from a King County program, but many legislators and political watchers say, as King County goes, so goes the state. Will this effort spread further through legislature?
