A former administrator at the Twin Rivers Juvenile Community facility in Richland is going to be spending six months in jail, after she was found guilty on charges of assault and custodial sexual misconduct.
The Oregon State Department of Justice has wrapped up an investigation into allegations of misconduct by the Stanfield police department, but nobody is going to be charged. But, the Department says some of the allegations were "troubling."
According to a press release from the Washington State Chiropractic Quality Assurance Commission, Russel Tagg is accused of inappropriate sexual conduct with a woman who was seeing him for treatment beginning in 2011.
