The Pasco City Council took a couple of steps to help businesses and citizens deal with the COVID-19 issue on Monday.
During a special workshop session the council took the following actions:
"The Council ratified several emergency orders made by Mayor Saul Martinez on Friday, per the Pasco Municipal Code:
o Order 2020-001 provides for a variance in the City’s sign code to allow restaurant
Inslee listed numerous steps being taken over next 30 days, but no new restrictions. State also asking for Federal assistance with home mortgages, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to temporarily suspend foreclosures.
