We heard about a situation where Richland School District was having a problem with parents wanting to keep kids out of Chief Joseph Middle School because there are too many poor kids and minorities there.
April 3, 2013 Gov. Jay Inslee recently rolled out his budget plan. Newstalk 870 reported late last week part of Inslee's new Working Washington Budget Priorities includes extending a temporary Business and Occupation tax and a temporary $.50 per gallon beer tax.
