Richland police are investigating a taxi driver after an incident that left his customer smashed, pinned, and bloodied between two cars.

The incident started at the Shilo Inn parking lot at 50 Comstock Street in Richland. The taxi was dropping off a customer and an argument started between them, according to reports.

Sometime during the fight, the taxi driver allegedly crashed his cab into another car with the customer pinned between the cars.

The customer survived and was sent to Kadlec Regional Hospital to be treated.

Richland police did not release the names of the people involved or arrest anyone involved.
