Trader Joe's issued a recall for a caesar salad after learning packages had been mislabled, and it potentially contained items that could cause allergic reactions to some who might eat it.

The item in question, pictured here in our story, is the Trader Giotto's Caesar Salad with Chicken breast.  Sunday, the company said the salads may contain "undeclared fish" (anchovies) wheat and soy, which are not contained in the food label.

People with allergies to these foods could sustain a life-threatening allergic reaction if eatern. The product batch in question has a "Use by 6/28" in the product freshness code. The packages also may be missing the label "may contain traces of shellfish."

Anyone who has purchased this product can return it to their retailer for a full refund.
