Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are seeking a Texas man, who scammed a Kennewick resident while posing as a tree service employee.

According to authorities, December 7th, Chuck S. Baker Jr. was posing as an employee of American Tree Service, and was successfully able to convince a resident they owed his company for services rendered when they in reality had not.

The victim, in the 500 Block of South Harrison, reported writing a check to Baker Jr. which was then quickly cashed at a local bank. Bank officials positively identified him, and now he's being sought by authorities.

Officials say he's driving a white compact pickup truck with a white canopy, and urge anyone who sees the 6' 250" man to call police immediately. He is wanted on outstanding warrants for similar activities and crimes in other states as well.
