Tri-City Native Taylor Vickerman To Play in First New Year’s Eve Game (AUDIO)

He watched a number of them from section CC in the Toyota Center growing up in Kennewick, now he gets to take to the ice on New Year's Eve vs. Spokane!

The Kennewick native was drafted by the Vancouver Giants and spent his first year in the WHL with the club, but was grabbed by the Americans coming into this season.    Vickerman has been seeing a lot of ice time, filling in well as the Americans battle some injuries to key players and veterans.

Tri-City Americans Radio Announcer Craig West talked with Vickerman about how it will be different from watching the huge annual tilt with Spokane, to playing in it.
