Tricky Intersection Grabs 3 Cars in Wreck

Vista Way and Kennewick Ave. is often a tricky intersection, especially when somebody runs a red light.

Tuesday afternoon, Kennewick police said a Nissan Altima was headed west when they blew the red light.

A Buick and a Subaru entered the intersection on their green, and the ensuing mayhem likely left three cars totaled. But fortunately no serious injuries. The Buick driver was taken to TRIOS ER Southridge for treatment, but was not considered life-threatening.

Yet another example of what happens when somebody either blows a stop sign or in this case, a red light. Chalk up another Failure to Yield.
