Kennewick Shooting Suspect Recovering in Seattle Hospital

A man shot by Kennewick police Friday is still in Harborview Medical Center.

A man shot by Kennewick police is recovering at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Police say 26-year-old Dennis Skellenger was shot in the chest Friday when he pulled a gun on three officers who chased him through a neighborhood. The Tri-City Herald reports officers were called after he tried to return merchandise to an auto parts store that were bought earlier with a stolen credit card.
