Uprighting a Tipped Vehicle Almost as Rough as Initial Wreck [VIDEO]

Sometimes getting an overturned vehicle back on it's 'feet' is just as rough as the initial collision.

Last Saturday Pasco police responded to this semi, which for whatever reason, tipped over on the 4th Ave. offramp leading into town, off I-182.

No specifics were given, although the driver was OK.  Pasco police did release this video of the truck begin righted, but the cargo decided to stay put.
