Video Captures West Richland Porch Pirate–Recognize Them? [VIDEO]

West Richland police say a number of residents have reported packages and deliveries have been stolen from their porches and front door areas recently. Some were able to capture the thefts on camera.

Authorities released this video Tuesday. Anyone who might recognize the person or the vehicle is asked to call (509)-628-0333.

People are urged to, if possible, have packages delivered to them at work, or require a signature for delivery so some one can put it inside.  Or, leave specific instructions for the driver to leave it in an area where no one can see it, such as behind a garage or around a corner.
