Stanfield OR police and other authorities busted a wanted suspect this week, nothing THAT unusual, but the venue of his arrest was.

Officer Toombs of the Stanfield Police Department spotted wanted suspect David Luvianos, who was 'moseying' around on North Dunne Street very early Sunday morning.  Luvianos probably figured that the officer had recognized him, and knew he was wanted on multiple warrants out of Umatilla County especially once the patrol car lit up.

He fled on foot, but not before dropping a bag he was carrying and his pants fell down. He was able to elude the officer, but later tracked down at the home of a friend where he was hiding in the bothroom. When arrested he was sitting (literally) on the toilet seat.

Stanfield Police now say he will plenty of time for such musings in the Umatilla County jaiil.
