Washable Maxi Pads Causing Furor Among Tri-Cities Women

Local women are upset about a Tri-Cities business who allegedly stole their money and never delivered on the washable maxi pads promised.The entrepreneur promised the eco-friendly hygiene product for only $2 each. Many women on Facebook said they purchased several... and never got their product.

Worse, those who did after several weeks of waiting say they were of poor quality.

The product was made with bamboo fabric that is supposed to be super absorbent and easy to wash. Customers who got their order said they were disappointingly thin and cheaply sewn together.

Several unhappy customers reported they are demanding refunds from PayPal and are angry the businesswoman shut down her accounts and is unreachable. Some suspect she was overwhelmed by orders, frustrated by unhappy customers, and decided to just stop.
