Washington Dept. of Transportation Tweets ‘You’re A Scumbag’ If You Don’t Ride Bus to Work?

According to a bizarre tweet from the Washington State Department of Transportation,  you're a "scumbag" if you drive to work?

ShiftWA.org came across a Tweet that was issued by the DOT Monday morning that insinuates if you don't utilize public transportation to get to work, but instead drive your big, bad, stinky polluting car, you're a scumbag.

The Tweet shows a video still from a Seattle-area traffic cam.  The DOT Tweeter placed little "scumbag" hats over the cars that were seen in the picture.  Here's the accompanying text that came with the tweet:
