Washington Teacher Competes in TV Reality Show

A teacher in Washington State is a contestant on a reality show in Europe. Her name is Kate Mills and is a 5th grade teacher is Bellingham who lost her mother when she was 5 years old and is a search to connect with her roots. That search led her to enter a reality show is her homeland in Norway called "Alt for Norge". Contestants compete against each other doing cultural challenges that are tied to their ancestry. The winner of the show wins $50,000 and a reunion trip with their relatives in Norway.
