The guy was wanted on 26 theft charges, and has now been charged this week in court.

According to the East Oregonian newspaper, the Arlington, OR man was arrested by police almost by accident.

Ty Cody Davies, 23, has been accused of committing crimes against at least 8 different people, resulting in 26 charges. Most of them stem from prowling, theft, burglary, car prowls and more. The list is rather 'impressive,' most of them felony charges.

Officials say he committed most of the crimes around November 14 and 15th in Irrigon, OR.  What information could be given by witnesses indicated the suspect wore all black, and was seen lurking in the area where the break-ins occurred.

Then the Morrow County Sheriff's office captured Davies. Deputy Nathan Braun spotted a suspicious looking man wearing all black, and riding a pink bike Nov. 16th. When he pulled over and confronted the suspect, he dropped the bike and fled. After a multi-yard chase including leaping over fences and going through yards. Davies stopped when he was cornered and threatened with a Taser.

His next court  date on the 26 charges is December 15th, he's currently in the Morrow County jail. And probably NOT getting a pink bike from Santa.
