West Richland Getting Its Own Food Bank!
Bill Kitchen (great name for a director of a food bank) says the new location of the Tri-Cities Food Bank in West Richland is coming soon.
They are now searching for a location and would be willing to start paying rent immediately since the need for the bank is so great.
In mid-October the plans to open a food bank in West Richland were unexpectedly delayed.
The space needed for refrigerators and freezers wasn't quite enough, let alone the amount of electrical outlets needed to run the appliances.
