What’s Out Of Place in This Picture? A Puzzler, Perhaps!

Just for fun, we are testing your powers of observation.

No, we’re not making fun of Smart Cars! But this caught my eye outside of my son’s middle school in Kennewick Friday morning.   Nice paint, but something else is on this car that you usually don’t see.   Never seen “it” or “them” on any other similar ultra-high milage vehicle.
