The National Weather Service says a strong winter storm coming our way could result in our first snowfall of the winter.

A strong Pacific storm system will be bringing snow to much of Washington and Oregon,  starting with heavy snowfall Monday night in the Cascades, then spreading across Eastern WA and Or. The watch is calling for gusty winds to cause potentially blowing snow, gusts of up to 25-30 could be realized.   We understand in the Mid Columbia 'we've heard this before' but it pays to be prepared for winter weather.  One thing for sure: if it does come, the home improvement stores will be out of snow shovels in the blink of an eye!
