Woman Shot in the Head at Movie Theater Near Yakima

A woman was shot in the head as she left a movie theater Thursday night in Union Gap.

Union Gap Police reported to KIMA Action News that multiple shots were fired about 8:40 p.m. as the woman was leaving the Majestic Theatre. She was taken to a hospital where she is in critical condition.

Police surrounded a nearby Toys R Us store and searched the roof.
