Woman Wearing Fake Beard Robs Kennewick Circle K

Authorities believe the suspect is female.

Just minutes after midnight Monday morning,  Kennewick police report a suspect entered the Circle K store at 5301 West Canal and demanded money from the clerk.  The suspect implied they had a gun.

An undisclosed amount of cash was taken, and the suspect left on foot.   A police K-9 unit was dispatched to search for the suspect, but they were not found.

Police say the suspect is believed to be a dark-skinned female, who wore a fake beard.  They were in their 20's or 30's, wearing a black zip-up hooded jacket, green t-shirt and jeans.

The suspect also spoke in a low voice in attempt to disguise themselves.
