According to Forbes Magazine, Spokane is not the place to be looking for a job in 2012.

Employment group Manpower Inc. did a survey in which they interviewed business and company owners, asking do you plan to hire or fire workers in the new year?   According to the results, Florida has some of the best job prospects, but Spokane has the worst.   While 12% of employers plan to hire more workers, it’s offset by a  %16 cut, leaving prospects at a nation-low -4.   Tri Cities did not make the list in either direction, nor did any other community in WA or OR.
