Wow! Dominos Pizza Founder Sues Government Over Obamacare

Dominos Pizza founder sues over Obamacare

He says it violates his constitutional rights.

Tom Monaghan, who founded the pizza delivery giant, is a plaintiff in a lawsuit filed in federal court. He offers insurance to employees that excludes contraception and abortion.

Obamacare mandates these be added to the coverage or the employer will risk fines. Monaghan is a devout Roman Catholic and is one of a number of prominent businessmen filing lawsuits.

The government claims the contraception mandate benefits women in society.
