It appears no one was injured, but the traffic has been backed up to 395 Northbound.

According to Al Holman of Townsquare Media,  Kay Metz of Metz Mobile Marine had volunteered to tow one of the Kennewick Lion's Club trailers to Richland for the Tumbleweed Festival.

Kay said "it felt like something broke loose in the trailer," and it began fishtailing badly. Before Metz could wrestle it to the shoulder, the trailer snapped the truck around.

Officials continue to clear  the scene.
