Both Washington Pac-12 football teams are ranked in the top 15 in the latest College Football Associated Press Top 25 Poll with WSU at #14 and UW one later at #15,

There has been quit a rivalry between schools the last couple of seasons with UW getting the edge in the end the last few years. The series lead goes to UW, 72-32-6.

The Huskies have won the five in a row, and 8 of the last 10. The biggest WSU win came in 1973, when the Cougs beat UW 52-26 in Seattle.

All Pac-12 fans are already looking forward to this years Apple Cup which takes place in Pullman on November 23, 2018, 5:30 PM this year.

The WSU Cougars jumped up 11 spots in the poll after a big win against #12 ranked Oregon in Pullman last weekend.

The Cougars are also the highest nationally ranked team in the Pac-12 right now with the Huskies close behind.

Three other teams in the Pac-12 are ranked in the Top-25 making for a tough year to win the conference.
